“UNI – ARCH” is a studio for architecture, building, design and engineering, created in 1990 and leaded by arch. Radka Eftimova and arch.Svetlin Dimitrov.

Our main purpose is to create qualitative and possible for realization projects, combining functionality, aesthetics, solidity and effectiveness.

The studio is one of the biggest in the country certificated under ISO 9001 by Lloyd’s. Programs used in the planning process are „ArchiCAD” and „Artlantis”.

There is a variety of projects, including the biggest large scaled architectural buildings, individual houses, boutique shops, and the attention payed on each of them is the same.

The firm has gained a reputation of a correct and stable partner with professional qualification and high aesthetic standard.
